We were searching for a vendor neutral system, suitable for a nationwide application. What is PSIM?
Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) is a software platform that integrates several non-connected security systems, controlling them by an extensive user adapter. The user has the ability to detect incidences registered by different security and information systems and to resolve them with approved standardized procedures.
What is the difference?
As an Open Integration Platform WinGuard is a solution reaching far beyond the common scope. WinGuard offers the possibility for a cross-domain integration of the complete security, building management, communication and IT infrastructure. Another enhancement compared to conventional PSIM solutions is the connection to higher-tier mission control systems.
