Behnke intercom devices can be integrated with existing telecommunication or data networks and save extra cabling by using the phone line for energy, or via PoE. The range of applications for Behnke door intercoms are very varied thanks to the flexible & modular design. The modules offer maximum flexibility with any customer specification possible. Whenever new systems are required then the Behnke product range allows customers to swap individual modules, thus keeping the existing intercom stations. Almost all front panels are made of metal (aluminium, brass or stainless steel) which ensures a long product lifecycle. Our IP products have been developed in-house to Behnke’s exacting quality standards with modern design and configuration with numerous new features and options.

The SIP electronics have an integrated PoE switch with VLAN support. Other PoE-capable terminal devices can also be supplied with electricity.

Thanks to auto provisioning function the intercom is set up automatically, provided the phone system is configured accordingly.

More than 200 phone book entries and 100 speed dialling destinations can be stored in the SIP intercom.

Up to nine voice announcements can be configured, these can be easily recorded into the intercom or uploaded.

The "hands-free" function uses full duplex with echo suppression and provides optimum voice quality.

If the display module is used in a SIP intercom, five different texts can be configured, each with four lines of 20 characters.
The integration of Behnke products into the Advancis PSIM system WinGuard ensures optimal control centre management with increased functionality and operational reliability. Technological requirements change over time and therefore products have to be continuously adapted. Both Advancis and Behnke offer highly flexible and modular solutions that perfectly meet current and future requirements.
