WinGuard Training Program
Our WinGuard training courses provide our partners and integrators with comprehensive user and expert knowledge. In our state-of-the-art training rooms, real-world control center operations can be simulated in a practical setting. All training sessions focus on the functional modules and extensions of the current version of WinGuard.

WinGuard Basic Training
This five-day basic training course is designed for beginners with little or no experience with WinGuard. It covers the software’s fundamental concepts, functions, and interfaces. Participants are guided step by step through the installation, configuration, system integration, data provision, and commissioning of WinGuard. A special focus is placed on project planning, including the configuration of interfaces, data points, graphics, and text modules, as well as the integration of subsystems. The training concludes with a certificate.

WinGuard Professional Training
The three-day professional training courseis aimed at experienced users and administrators who wish to deepen their knowledge. It covers advanced features, new developments, and expert knowledge regarding problemanalysis and optimization. The course requires completion of the basic training and relevant project experience and covers topics such as advanced data provision, such as the use of sensors from DWG graphics (CAD+), graphical navigation, web server and web client, SQL export as dashboarding Basics and Practical Examples of Current Adapter Integrations. The training concludes with a certificate.

WinGuard Sales Training
We also offer a one-day WinGuard sales training as an onlinee-course, currently available exclusively in German. The focus is on a shift in perspective: “away from the product and technology—toward the solution.” In five modules, participants learn to understand customer needs, identify industry-specific pain points, develop appropriate solutions based on them, present offers convincingly, and actively close the deal.
AIM Training Program
Our AIM training courses combine a commercial understanding of the product with in-depth technical expertise in the installation, configuration, and project-based use of AIM.

AIM Basic Training
The AIM Basic Training is a fee-based, technical introductory course designed for engineers, system engineers, presales staff, and general security personnel from partners and end customers. The goal of the training is to provide participants with a solid introductionto AIM and to enable them to independently install, configure, and test an AIM project. The training takes place remotely, lasts two days, and is offered every two months as a rolling training course. The content includes an introduction to AIM, theoretical fundamentals, practical exercises on installation, configuration, and commissioning, as well as a Q&A session and advanced topics.

AIM Sales Training
The free AIM webinar provides an overview of AIM, its benefits, and potential applications in a concise online session. The goal is to optimally prepare sales, commercial, and marketing teams for sales activities and go-to-market strategies. The approximately three-hour webinar takes place every Friday and includes an introduction to AIM, value propositions, target markets, ROI and pricing aspects, a functional overview, and an open Q&A session. The training concludes with a certificate.

AIM Individual Training
The AIM–Individual Training is a customized course with a strong practical and project-oriented focus. It is aimed at technical specialists and security managers and focuses on real-world system environments as well as specific customer requirements. The two-day training takes place on-site in our training rooms in Dublin or, upon agreement, at the customer’s location. In addition to installation and configuration, the course focuses on deployment planning and working with live systems. The training concludes with a certificate.
