Extension of the End-of-Support for WinGuard X4

July 04, 2024 – During the friendly user phase of X5, we were able to collect valuable feedback from a wide variety of projects and implementations. This feedback is very important to us and helps us to continuously improve our services. To give our partners and end customers sufficient time to prepare and implement the conversion of individual projects, we have decided to extend support for X4 until December 31, 2024 .

Advancis will of course continue to investigate and rectify reported errors until December 31. However, if no solution can be found within X4 or the error can only be rectified with considerable additional effort, Advancis can request an update to the current WinGuard X5 release.
