Award for Advancis trainee

We congratulate Jan Zwirner on passing his final exams and being awarded the federal state of Hesse’s best trainee in the profession of IT Specialist for system integration.

Mrs. Kirsten Schoder-Steinmüller (President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Offenbach am Main) and Mr. Markus Weinbrenner (General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Offenbach am Main) visited Advancis in Langen and presented the certificate to the happy graduate. Jan is one of three trainees who achieved the best results in their respective professions throughout Hesse.

The people responsible for the trainees at Advancis are proud with the performance of Jan Zwirner, who is now permanently employed at the company: “Jan fits perfectly into the Advancis family and we look forward to accompanying him on his further career path, continuing to challenge and support him. For us, the training of young people is an important element in recruiting skilled workers,” says Andre Meiswinkel (COO of Advancis). In the past, three Advancis trainees have already been honored as the best graduates in their professions. A total of 20 young people have successfully completed their training in the company, which was founded in 1994. Advancis currently employs eight trainees.

Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, training is an ideal tool for attracting qualified employees in the long term. Within the scope of the training, we not only impart technical knowledge, but in particular also our corporate values.
