December 19, 2023 – On the occasion of a joint review of the Axis Camera Station interface to the Advancis open integration platform WinGuard, available since mid-2021, representatives of Axis and Advancis now discussed further possibilities for a deepened cooperation.
The Axis Camera Station is a video management system that has already been implemented over 100,000 times since its market launch in 2018. Axis Communications, a Canon company, and Advancis have been working closely together for years as part of a mutual technology partnership. “With the expansion of the Axis portfolio and the increasing establishment as a player in the VMS sector, the cooperation with Axis is becoming increasingly important for Advancis as well as our joint channel partners and end customers. We are pleased about the steadily growing interest from the market in deeper integration with the best possible performance,” says David Teppe, Head of Strategic Alliances, Advancis Software & Services GmbH. “We encounter Advancis solutions and receive requests for deeper integration on an almost daily basis. As a leading manufacturer of security technology, we are looking forward to learning more about WinGuard and exchanging ideas with Advancis about current market requirements for the future development of our API.
