A transaction, gaming event, or observation raises a security concern. Operators need to identify the relevant cameras and records quickly, compare what happened across several systems, and preserve the information for an internal review or formal investigation.

WinGuard links event messages from gaming or cashier systems with the associated video and log data. Recorded sequences can be reviewed in context, synchronized with event information, and assigned to the incident record. This helps security teams reconstruct the sequence of events efficiently and retain tamper-resistant evidence with a clear audit trail.

Responding to unauthorized access in a restricted area.

An access control or intrusion message is triggered in a cashier room, technical space, administrative area, or another restricted zone. Security personnel must verify the situation discreetly and coordinate the right response without losing sight of other activity in the casino.

WinGuard displays the event with the relevant location and automatically provides connected camera images and system information.
