The Joint Solution
The integration between WinGuard and
our ICX-AlphaCom system is via the ACDP protocol
(AlphaNet Data Protocol). With the integration WinGuard monitors our intercoms and enables commands and call handling via the Intercom Control Panel as well as with corresponding buttons in the event list.
