A fire alarm is triggered near an attraction, restaurant, or indoor visitor area. Security and operations teams must verify the situation quickly, guide personnel through the correct response, and avoid delays in notifying the appropriate internal or external responders.

WinGuard displays the alarm with its exact location and automatically provides relevant video and system information. Dynamic workflows guide operators through verification, escalation, and communication steps. Connected systems can support coordinated measures such as activating notifications, controlling doors or lighting, and forwarding information to the responsible teams. Every action is documented for later review.

Responding to a technical fault before it disrupts park operations.
