Security Essen 2026 brought together our team, partners, and visitors for four days of live demonstrations, presentations, and conversations about integrated security management. Held from September 22–25, the event marked a special milestone for Advancis: the official market launch of the Plataforma Abierta de Advancis (AOP).
At our booth in Hall 8, visitors explored the latest developments in WinGuard y AIM, met the people behind our solutions, and joined us for a closer look at AOP in our Innovation Lab.
A Milestone for Advancis: Introducing AOP
The launch of the Advancis Open Platform was a central part of this year’s exhibition. Our Innovation Lab provided a dedicated space to introduce AOP, answer questions, and discuss its role in the future of our offering.
Keynote presentations by our CEO, Jan Meiswinkel, gave visitors further insight into AOP and the thinking behind its development. With sessions held across several days, attendees had multiple opportunities to learn more and continue the conversation with our team.
For us, the launch was also an opportunity to hear directly from the industry. The questions and perspectives shared at the booth made these discussions a valuable part of the week.
Live Demonstrations and Partner Expertise
Alongside the AOP launch, our booth program featured presentations and demonstrations of WinGuard and AIM. Visitors could explore our solutions in more detail and speak with our team about their individual requirements and security management challenges.
Our co-exhibitors Traka, Dallmeier electronic, and Poksundo GmbH added their expertise through dedicated partner presentations and discussions throughout the event. Their contributions gave visitors additional perspectives on the technologies and solutions that support integrated security environments.

A Booth Experience Built Together
Our thanks also go to COMMEND, VuWall/Panoptec, AG Neovo, and Erich Keller AG for their contributions to the booth experience. Bringing together the expertise and support of our partners helped create a setting for demonstrations, technical discussions, and personal exchanges.
Beyond the presentation program, our booth party offered an opportunity to reconnect with partners and guests in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a chance to continue conversations, celebrate the week’s milestones, and spend time together.
